2015 was another great year in Chicago, filled with many ups and downs.  The city’s lakefront became host to the NFL Draft.  We had an extended run into to the baseball post season and another visit by Lord Stanley.

Millions of music fans came down to our neighborhood to wish the Grateful Dead “Fare Thee Well” and enjoy another amazing Lollapalooza weekend.

Sci-fi fans got a thrill they had been waiting over 30 years, as the finally got to see the next chapter in the mega popular Star Wars story.

The citizens of this city also came together during times of tragedy and used their voices in unity when matter of social injustice needed to be addressed.

In the end, 2015 was a unique and unforgettable year full of amazing new experiences.  All of us at Chicago Waffles wish you are yours a spectacular new year and we hope to add to your enjoyment of 2016!
